Final Post at Posterous
This is my final post at David's Posterous. Today I moved all my posts to "David's Place" at WordPress.com
"David's Place" will now host all previous posts from Posterous. Kindle will also offer a subscription with 14-day Free trial. This will replace any subscription to Posterous. Simply cancel your subscription to "David's Posterous" at the "Manage my Kindle" page at Amazon.com. And then search on "David Alves" and you will find "David's Place" available to you.
I have really appreciated Posterous,com and found it very user friendly for a beginning blogger. But WordPress offered me more flexibility and advanced options. Also, I found it extremely tiring to manage two separate blogs. Now I can post at one and simplify my life and better serve the needs of my readers.
The site will remain up for a short transition time (a week or two). Please go to "David's Place" and bookmark it so that you don't lose track of where I am.
Those of you with Kindles . . . Please don't forget to subscribe to the 14-Day FREE trial of "David's Place." If you find you like it, then do nothing after the 14 days are up and you pay only $.99 a month for your subscription. You can sign up and manage your Kindle subscriptions in one place. Cool hunh?
